Christmas Parties
We still have some availability for both long-lunch and evening Christmas parties here @FL throughout December. For parties of 12-20 guests we offer the exclusive use of the Restaurant, based on a minimum spend package. We also have our private ‘Snug & Old Dining Room’ available for exclusive use for parties up to 8-10 guests (minimum spend required).
The evening menu is a fixed seven course Christmas menu and the lunch is a four course menu. Whilst we are very happy to accommodate vegetarian diets, serious allergies and intolerances; we can only manage this if we are informed well in advance, so we suggest the menu is circulated with all of your party as soon as possible. We would be happy to answer any questions on ingredients and potential allergens etc that your guests may have.
The lunch and evening dining is priced at £40 and £55 per head, and there are a number of accompanying drinks options available to suit your taste.
With each seasonal set menu here at ‘Dine@FL’ a thoughtfully designed wine flight has been created with a different style to accompany each course. This allows the diner to experience different wines and to appreciate the synergy between wine and food. The flight is based on three or six glasses of wine; each introduced at the beginning of each course. The price of the flight is £35 (£20 for lunch) per person. As with our menu, we do encourage you and your guests to make the most of this dining experience by enjoying the pairings created. A non-alcoholic option is also available by prior arrangement at £25 (£10 for lunch) per person.
Alternatively, if you prefer, we can provide a set number of pre-selected bottles of wine for the table. There is also the option to have an ‘open bar’ for your guests to the value and selection of your choosing. Once the pre-agreed value has been reached, this can continue for the remainder of the evening at your discretion or can convert to a ‘cash/card’ bar for your guests to purchase their own selections.
We have a selection of wines available by the bottle. The wine list typically holds 3-4 reds, whites and Rosés and 2-3 sparkling and champagnes, ranging from £21 – £90 per bottle. We also have an amply and aptly stocked and priced bar. Should you have any guests that might enjoy drinks that we may not stock, please do contact us in advance so that we can accommodate their desired tipple if appropriate. Similarly, should you have a favoured wine or style, please discuss this with us in advance and we will do our very best to source this for you.
All service, celebratory items and a warm and festive ambiance are included. If you wish to book we would encourage an open discussion with regard to the menu, wines, facilities, disabled access needs and any other special request before finalising the booking.
