Visiting Us

@FL is on a private gated property and often hosts exclusive events where guests can enjoy uninterrupted use of our facilities. 

It is for this reason that regrettably we cannot accept visitors without prior arrangement. 

All guests, whether attending to dine, stay, spa or enjoy an event, will need to have booked in advance.

Potential guests wishing to visit @FL to discuss an event or booking are very welcome and are invited to contact us to arrange a suitable time.

@FL is located on Parish Lane, Pease Pottage, Mid-west Sussex, RH10 5NY.. 

We are easily accessible by exiting the M23 motorway at junction 11 from the North, and where the A23 becomes the M23 from the South. 

Head for the ‘Pease Pottage’ motorway services when leaving the M23 and at the roundabout where the services are, take the 2nd exit to ‘Handcross’ and then take the first exit at the following smaller roundabout along Bensons Hill Road. Then Parish Lane is the first road to the right approximately 100 yards. 

@FL is approximately 1.4 miles down Parish Lane on the right. Some SatNav systems will incorrectly end your journey 0.3 miles short at Starvemouse Farm, we are another 0.3 miles down on the right.

If you are pre-booked or have made an appointment to visit, entry is obtained by pressing the call button on the right hand side of the gate.
