Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, nestled between farmland and the ancient woodland of Tilgate Forest in mid-West Sussex, there is a unique and tranquil venue called ‘@FL’. 

Private dining, luxury accommodation and an indulgent Spa provide guests the opportunity to experience relaxation, wellness and escapism from the stresses and strains of today’s world.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you in this privately run gated hideaway which blends both traditional and modern architecture surrounded by attractive grounds. The interiors are appointed tastefully to relax and rejuvenate mind, body & soul. 

Being a private gated estate, guests are invited to visit by pre-booking or appointment only. Unfortunately we cannot accept visitors who have not booked or contacted us in advance. 

Guests are encouraged to leave any troubles, stresses and worries behind. If any remain with you, we will do our utmost to relieve you of them during your visit!
