@FL is open for pre-booked dining on selected Friday and Saturday nights. A full Course menu begins at 19.45 for all diners and we encourage guests to arrive for 19.30pm. We open from 19.00, should you wish pre-dinner drinks from our bar before dinner. 

Dine @FL has a main dining room which comfortably allows 16 to 20 guests to enjoy an evening of dining on tables of one to six in a warm, relaxed and pleasurable ambiance. Please contact us if you would like to dine in a party of six or more as our private ‘Old Dining Room’ may be a more suitable location for your dining experience.

The menu is a set multiple-course menu depending upon the season, and typically consists of 6-8 courses. Each menu has been carefully designed to make the most of local seasonal produce. We encourage guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the menu as its design and delivery intends.

Whilst we have a vegetarian menu and can accommodate guests’ requirements to avoid allergens and serious intolerances, we are unable to offer substitutes or alter the menu significantly. All requests for avoidance of allergens must be made at the time of booking as regrettably they cannot be accommodated on the evening of dining without prior notice. Please feel free to contact us in advance to discuss any specific dietary requirements.

Each full menu has the option to be accompanied by a ‘flight’ of wines. Each 50-100ml glass of wine is carefully selected to match the course with which it is served. In addition, or as an alternative, we stock a range of wines by the bottle and glass, beers, spirits and soft drinks to compliment your dining experience.
