Dine @FL is open for pre-booked dining on selected Friday and Saturday nights. A full Course menu begins at 19.45 for all diners and we encourage guests to arrive for 19.30pm. We open from 18.30, should you wish a drink from our fully stocked bar before dinner.

 

The winter menu is a 6 course set menu themed on winter alpine cuisine from around the world. It has been carefully designed to make the most of local produce that is in season. We encourage guests to sit back, relax and enjoy the menu as its design and delivery intends.

 

Whilst we have a vegetarian menu and can accommodate guests’ requirements to avoid allergens and intolerances, we are unable to offer substitutes or alter the menu significantly. All requests for avoidance of allergens must be made at the time of booking as regrettably they cannot be accommodated on the evening of dining without prior notice. Please feel free to contact us in advance to discuss any specific dietary requirements.

 

Our Winter wine flight of 6 wines has been carefully selected to compliment each course and we encourage you to try these exclusive wines. In addition, or as an alternative, we stock a range of wines by the bottle and glass, beers, spirits and soft drinks to compliment your dining experience. We are sure you will enjoy trying the different wines here @FL and we are pleased to be able to offer these wines at a discounted retail price to our customers.
