Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) nestled between farmland and the ancient woodland of Tilgate Forest in mid-West Sussex, there is a new venue called @FL.

Private dining, special events, luxury accommodation and an indulgent Spa need a calibre of person to make it a perfect experience for our guests.

We have positions in housekeeping, waiting, kitchen and Spa therapy* for enthusiastic, outgoing, charismatic talented individuals who take pride in their appearance, disposition and performance. Shift times are variable and could be well-suited to those studying hospitality, catering or theatre. Above all, we want team members to enjoy working here and making @FL a successful new venue that guests want to experience and talk about.

Effective and enthusiastic team members will be encouraged to grow, develop their skills and thrive in a supportive environment with likeminded individuals who all share the same values. Pay will be above average, commensurate with effort & enthusiasm and regularly reviewed. Excellent team communication and collaboration will be nurtured and rewarded through @FL encouragement incentives.

An interest and flair in hospitality, performance and providing a wonderful experience are paramount to this role. Although some previous experience would be nice, it is not essential* and much less important than enthusiasm and interest. Full training will be provided.
